If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be modified. If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

We encourage you to use our products consistently for at least 14 days to begin experiencing results. If you're still not satisfied after that, you may request a return within 60 days of your order date.

Please note:

We cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, contact us at care@elosupps.com with your Order Number or the Name and Email used at checkout. Our team will guide you through the process.

📦 Damaged Items

If your product arrives physically damaged, email care@elosupps.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We'll determine if you're eligible for a free replacement.

Please note:

Damage to shipping boxes or outer packaging does not qualify unless the product itself is affected.
We do not replace or refund items damaged through normal use, misuse, or general wear and tear.

🚚 Shipping, Delivery & Lost Packages

While we aim to ship promptly, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed off to the courier. For issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If the address provided is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot issue a refund or resend the order.
